I'm Nelson, welcome to Nelpa Engineering.
I bring over 20 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication to the table. My journey in this field has been both challenging and rewarding, allowing me to hone my skills across a variety of projects—from intricate custom fabrications to mobile onsite welding to large-scale industrial applications.

I have a passion for precision and creativity, always striving to deliver high-quality work that meets both aesthetic and functional standards. I pride myself on my attention to detail and my ability to troubleshoot problems on the fly. Whether I’m working with steel, aluminum, or other metals, I enjoy the process of transforming raw materials into something truly unique and durable.

Collaboration is key in this industry, and I’ve had the privilege of working alongside talented teams and clients who share my dedication to craftsmanship. I’m always eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques, which helps me stay at the forefront of the field.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife Paloma and our 2 boys in our home on the Sunshine Coast.

I'm Ricky and together with Nelson I bring a wealth of experience from over 15 years in the construction industry and my degree in Civil Engineering. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across various fields, including the service and management sector, mining industry as well as residential construction industry, which has given me a well-rounded perspective on the complexities of construction.
My journey has been fueled by a passion for building and creating. I thrive on turning blueprints into reality, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. I believe that successful construction is not just about bricks and mortar; it’s about collaboration, communication, and a deep understanding of our clients’ visions.
I pride myself on being adaptable and resourceful, continuously learning to keep up with industry trends and innovations. This approach has allowed me to tackle diverse challenges and deliver results that exceed expectations.

When I’m not on-site, I enjoy surfing, Brazilian Jiujutsu and fitness, as well as spending quality time with my young family of 4, which helps me maintain a balance and continue growing in both my personal and professional life.
